Free Sample & Testing Policy

Topnet System offers a sample program so you can verify product quality and compatibility before placing bulk orders. Samples are available for most transceivers, AOC/DAC cables and fiber cable assemblies.

How It Works

1. Request - Email sales@topnetsystem.com with the product model number(s) and quantity you need for testing.
2. Deposit - Samples are shipped after a refundable deposit is placed. Truly free samples may be approved for qualified projects - ask your sales representative.
3. Test for 30 Days - Evaluate the samples in your environment for up to 30 days.
4. Keep or Return - Satisfied? Pay the balance and keep them. Not a fit? Return the samples in good condition for a full deposit refund.

Terms

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the samples are defective.
• Samples kept beyond 30 days without notice will be invoiced at the quoted price.
• Returned samples must be undamaged with original packaging; damage may incur charges.
• All samples are covered by our standard product warranty and full test reports are available on request.
